Digital control Unit for multiquote controls ideal for controls on test stands or interfaced to automatic production lines.
DIGICHECK100 is the ideal instrument for the production operators thanks to its easy of use .
The management of multilevel alarms (OK, prealarm, alarm) allows the
end product control and also the eventual correction of the production
process .
The mathematical functions presents in the DIGICHECK100 controller
allow to carry out complex measures like the flatness calculation,
eccentricity calculation or the survey of minimum peak, maximum peak
and peak to peak values. All the acquired data can be achieved on an
inside memory and after downloaded outside through USB keys or through
the integrated Ethernet port.
The presence of luminous buttons on the controller front panel allows
to monitor the go/no go conditions of the tested object. The
DIGICHECk100 controller can be installed on a test stand or embedded in
an existing electrical equipment .
