DATASINK
3200 is the new RODER Electronics product for the realization of test
benches, for the quality control in production or in metrological
laboratory, for the study and control of dimensional or geometric
features.
The innovative architecture of DATASINK 3200 allows the realization of
systems for dimensional control by using standard sensors and tools,
easily availables and especially with very competitive costs.
DATASINK 3200 is ideal for anyone that needs a dimensional inspection
of particulars of any materials (metal, plastic, rubber, glass, paper,
marble, etc...) .

USB version hub for serial lines
Signal hub able to concentrate the signals from 1 up to 32 digital probes in a single USB transmission channel.

serial line can be used for the DTBOX-PA86 module connection for
creating alarm signals and for the acquisition of sync signals.
Available modules from 4, 8, 16 sectional channels to obtain the number of acquisition channels desired.
ETHERNET version hub for serial lines

How to work DATASINK 3200 ...
DATASINK 3200 can be installed on any fixed or portable PC with
operating system Windows XP (it can be installed on PC office,
industrial PC, Panel PC or notebook
Through a connection cable and an interface provided by RODER
Electronics You can connect to any instruments with standard protocol
and acquire at automatic gaps or on command the data measured by the
instrument..
The powerful mathematical functions integrated into the software allow
the data correlation across more channels and the parameter calculation
like flatness, the oscillation, the average between many probes, the
starightness or the concentricity.
Data are transferred in real time from the instruments to the PC and it
is possible to constantly monitor the acquisition process progress.
DATASINK 3200 can also be used from operators not expert in the PC use
because it was created with the objective of simplifying the data
acquisition operation in the production line or in the metrologic
laboratory.

DATASINK 3200 is used for the dimensional and geometric control of
mechanical samples. In a few moments it is possible to acquire the data
of the particular to be inspected, to check if the piece is good or
not, store and print the data of the inspected pieces. It is possible
to control up to 32 probes placed on the same particular with the
possibility to do mathematical calculations on single channels or on
composed channels.

large) with measuring ranges from 1 up to 100 mt. It is possible to
connect to the same unit up to 32 acquisition channels. All channels
are constantly monitored and acquired on temporal base or on operator
reminder.

dimensional control of particulars easily deformable. The use of
