SCADEX is a complete packet for the supervision, check and
data acquisition of process on production's lines. Combined with an
electronics form series for the analysis and the distributive check is
possible to check all the production process from one single check
position. All the acquisition-data are registered in a database and
gave availables for analysis and consultations.

SCADEX represents the natural evolution of one software series realized
for lines of extrusion, pressing, rolling, enamelling, coupling and

Alarms and messages

and messages management module.Alarm management is in keeping with
ISA level 2 regulation. Generation and management of alarms is

consultation and for the remote supervision.

management of prescriptionsingredients for continuous process type

type. The system expects an unlimited number of prescriptions,
ingredients, product codes or memorized lots. The data file is
interfaced in any intelligent device that manages ODBC connection.

included, are completely based on Client-Server architectures. This let
to manage also complex process decentraling the different functions: at
Server devices can be allot the acquisition and check function; at
Client devices can be allot the analysis, registration and remote
monitoring function.
SCADEX flexibility let to divide in a suitable way the
elaboration power, favourising the reaction time and the graphics
interface or data analysis capacity.

Security
The critical functions or program section that must to be protected
from control access are managed across a hierarchic password system.
For every security level come qualified the access only at one operator
or group of operators. Only after to have introduced a password is
possible to go into the wishes functions.
Interfacement and communication
Near the most diffused communication interfaces ,SCADEX and
EASYLOG, can be interfaced at bus of more diffused field (Profibus,
Canbus, etc...), connected at Ethernet networks or interfaced at custom
data acquisition systems.
It is possible to send SMS messages or e-mail where there's
preestablished events or alarm condictions.
Internet - Ethernet
All the supervision system functions can be remotated using a
web server and return vailables across an Internet or Ethernet
connection. It is possible to examine the production line situation and
interact with it with a browser connection (Internet Explore, Netcape,
opera, etc...). All the access procedure of data can be protected with password
or with authentication mechanism that prevent the unwanted access.
Trend and Analysis
Data and information registration is useless if there isn't
an instrument series for analysis, graphics representation and
mathematical parameter calculation. So there are instruments for
process trend visualization, mathematical modules for the statistical
analysis, graphics modules for the graphics representation of sampled
data, report generating compatibles with Cristal Report (TM) and
Microsoft Excel (TM) standard.

Maintemance and Planning
Coupling SCADEX with an electronic module series for
acquisition and distributed check is possible to check all the
production process by a single check position.
All the required data are registered in a database across a
datalogger purposely developed in regard to the costumer requirements
and gave availables for the analysis and consultation across remotated
and local emplacements.
It is possible to acquire temperatures (across
thermoregulators, temperature transmitters, or custom devices), speed
(across encoder, tachmeter dynamo, inverter operation, digital
sensors), pressures (across pressure transmitters, gauge
instruments and sensors) and levels (across sensors)
A special communication module let to connect SCADEX with any
sensors, instrument or device that gauges any physical width or process
feature. Across this module it is possible to check parameters and
special widths like defects, power, colours, dimensions, etc....
A graphic screen groups all the alarms that are
present on a system. The system after provides to manage the operator
to the problem situation with graphics animations and
with personalized messages.

near the machine or remotated in one or more personal computer detached

that, connected with a business database, let to register data in a
standard format. Registered data can be transfered or elaborated at
distance to obtain check paper ( XR paper and XS paper),

index) or personalized certification documents.
